职位描述：
Hardware Distribution
Staging and shipping hardware for new store openings and remodels, assisting with hardware
deployments for new projects and initiatives, and coordinating replacements/repairs for IS&Tsupported
hardware in Apple Retail stores.
Warehouse Maintenance
Receiving, storing, configuring, packing, shipping, and tracking hardware in the IS&T Retail
Systems Warehouse. Also includes meticulously logging the movement of all assets using an
inventory management tool.
Support [Phone and Email]
Reviewing reported issues, assisting with issue identification and replication, and following up
on outstanding issues through their resolution. Primary systems supported are POS hardware,
Back of House systems, and the customer counting system used in Apple Retail stores around
the globe.
Vendor Relationship
Working closely with vendors to address any hardware defects and to identify opportunities for
improvement in the distribution and repair processes. Also includes maintaining an accurate
inventory of all units being repaired at vendor locations.
Communication
Communicating any system updates, changes, or problems to all relevant stakeholders in a
