职位描述：
Role accountabilities:
-Simultaneous interpreting in the important Meetings
-重要会议提供同声传译
-Managed meetings, calendars, reimbursements, and documents for approval
-主持安排部门会议，管理日历、文件签批，处理费用核销
-Responsible for guest reception of DP and make introduction of DP in meetings
-负责部门访客接待，并在会议中进行公司及部门介绍
-Record regular meeting
-例会会议纪要记录
-Coordinate with HR, Finance and IT team on related affairs
-与人事，财务，IT等相关部门进行日常沟通协调
-Interactions with other functions like Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing, IT etc.
-与采购，制造，市场，IT等部门有合作
-Finish other work as assigned by manager.
-完成经理安排的其他工作
-Assist the company annual meeting, the organization of important meetings and important visitors reception, also provide the translation
-协助公司年会，重要会议的组织及重要访客的接待，并提供现场翻译

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above major in business English or related
-本科及以上学历，商务英语或英语相关专业
- At least 3 years experience in business translation. Good command of both oral and written English
-3年以上业务翻译工作经验，流利的口语及书面英语
-Good sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, team work spirit
-责任心强，注重细节，富有团队精神
-Worked with foreign employees is preferred
-有与外籍员工共事经验者优先考虑 举报 分享
