7. Major Responsibilities
Order Process 60%
? Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment policies.
? Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.
? Handle all customers’ enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner e.g. cross-referencing, order status, delivery, promotions.
Reporting 20%
? Prepare all kinds customers’ reports timely.
? Maintain customer service database.
Other 20%
? Coordinate & work with distributors, TRW sales team and logistic team to achieve desired service level.
? Support sales team in promotion program and marketing activities
? Receive and handle customers' complaints.
8. Key Performance Measures
? Order taking days – 24hours
? Customer complaints feedback- 24hours
? Daily data base updates- 24hours
? Customer inquiry feedback- 24 hours
? Customer reports sending - weekly & monthly
? Customer credit checking- weekly
? Pending issue report & actions to leader- weekly ( checking the action list & close date)

9a. Essential
College degree or above
9b. Desirable
Bachelor degree or above
10. Key Skills
10a. Essential
? Good Microsoft Office knowledge; Excel is a must
? Good command of English in speaking, writing, reading and listening
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Initiative & good team player
? Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive
? Be able to work in a fast- paced, heavy pressure environment.
10b. Desirable
? Working in related industry over 2 year
? Very skilled at Excel, PPT
? Very good English speaking, writing, reading
? Be back to take multi-task
11. Experience
11a. Essential
At least 2 years of relevant experience in multinational enterprise
11b. Desirable
Experience in auto industry
