职位描述：

职位要求：Technical Development Manager based in Huizhou, Guangdong. The products mainly focus on switches, connectors and other components for automotive industry.

My client is a global switch manufacturer which is now transferring from consumer industry to automotive industry.


Description

You are suppose to manage the technical development of new products and ensure the new product conformity with their specification and their robustness level. You are preferred to implement structures problem solving methodologies, using analytical or experimental tools and organize external technical support when needed. You should also participate to the technology survey and support any product related technical action, being part of the factory continuous improvement plans.


Profile

With engineering degree from a recognized Mechanical / Electromechanical / Mechatronic university, you are supposed to have rich experience in new product development in the mechanical industry, automotive background is

a plus. You are able to communicate with any layer or area of the organization: from regular employees, up to top Management and customers. Skilled used of 3D/2D CAD software and fluent speaker of English and Chinese.
