职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Directing BU technology resources engaged in design, building, qualification, and transition into production complex products on time.
2. Leading program management, automation, tooling, new product development and part design/analysis.
3. Assign work, schedule personnel and meet planned schedules, standards, standards of quality and customer or manufacturing specification.
4. Confer with leaders, designers, engineers, production supervisors and vendors to clarify designs, changes and resolve difficulties.
5. Determine, establish, and update project priorities in cooperation with sales, engineering, and new product development personnel in order to ensure the efficient and most effective use of resources.
6. Set priorities and drive actions across multiple departments to meet agreed upon project deadlines for critical customers and special orders or emergencies.
7. Coordinate new technology or manufacturing process requirements to meet established due dates through the scheduling and managing of internal capacities and the use of outside resources as needed.
8. Oversee and coordinate the use of all vendors utilized in the design, building, or debugging of new processes or technologies, including designated customer critical programs.
9. Oversee and drive the progress of designated major projects such as: development of new products and implementation of new manufacturing capabilities.
10. Research new equipment and processes for improved methods, efficiencies, experimental work and prototype devices
11. Investigate and recommend new methods, processed, and technology to improve departmental capabilities, production levels, and decrease project lead times. Coordinate and drive timely completion of DOE’s to assist in customer product development processes for finalizing system/component design.
12. Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and manufacture or related field or equivalent experience, Metals Stamping experience in precision, thin gage sheet metal stamping for the electronics markets preferred.
2. +10 years experience in complex and fast paced environment required.
3. +10 years experience with tooling, dies, molds, stamping, plating, and other sheet metals processing and related equipment preferred.
4. Excellent decision-making, time-management, project management, and organizational agility skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 举报 分享
