Production Manager
Company
Our client is a Chinese company specialized on mechanical sets manufacturing. The manufacture of 28 employees is located in Ningbo, Yuyao.

Responsibility
? Follow the planning and audit of the manufacturing
o Review engineering recommended process changes to ensure process is appropriate with operating goals
o Coordinate maintenance and repair of machines to avoid downtime and delays, ensure production process and machinery are incompliance with customer specifications and professional and safety standards
? Manufacturing management and its organization
o Oversee day-to-day production schedules, operational and plant activities
o Monitor budget and utilize operational resources, participate in safety program
? Employee management
o Manage the selection, training and development of production staff
Requirement
? Technical experience required
? Experience of 8 years is required for this vacancy
? Fluent English with good command over writing, managerial skills and leadership qualities are needed
? Knowledge of preparing budget and production report preparation and call reports on daily basis
? Implementation of good quality programs and monitoring of product accuracy and efficiency is the preliminary requirement
? Strict and dynamic person
? Autonomous and multitasking
? Sense of organization and communication
