NPI Manager – 心脏支架极其周边产品
Company: A European Medical Device Company
Location: Shanghai
Supervisor's Title: Business Unit Head - base in Europe
Dotted: Sourcing Head - base in Shanghai
- Represent the site as directed in NPD / NPI project teams. Work alongside finance to ensure latest cost information is maintained to allow variance analysis and control
-- Ensure suppliers across category are managed in line with service level requirements and KPI’s
- Continually challenge existing product and supply to maintain best price and quality and initiate cost saving projects where applicable
- Develop and maintain current purchasing systems and SAP to include analysis of spend data and vendor rating measures
- Maintain service level agreements with 3rd party suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and benefit to the company
- Implement sourcing opportunities and supplier selection across the GPN, as directed by Sourcing Head
- Work alongside third part compliance and vendors to investigate and communicate non-conformances and measure to agreed standards.
- Work alongside vendors to monitor inventory to minimise aged and obsolete stock and report in line with month end deadlines
- Work alongside purchase ledger to ensure vendor payments are made on time and in full
- Maintain SAP Supplier and Customer orders, in line with supply chain communication and delivery schedules
- Educated to Bachelor degree level
- 10 years relevant experience. Training towards CIPs would be desirable
- Good communication skills with good numeric, financial and verbal reasoning.
- Knowledge and experience of best practice procurement and sourcing in the Consumer, Healthcare or pharmaceutics business.
- Knowledge of markets and sourcing trends within relevant industry
- Negotiation and project skills
- Familiar with Healthcare production regulations and GMP standards
