职位描述：
Responsibilities:
In charge all technical issue from drawings to production
Lead a team cover China area,including product engineer/CAD engineer/manufacturing engineer
Accountable for customer shop drawings approvals and finish approvals prior to releasing for sample/production development
Ensure design and quality intent properly executed through sample stage
Clearly communicate custom expectations throughout all facets of product development: construction,design, finish, samples, and production
Responsible for product technical review with supplier
Participate in the review of and approval of preproduction/first article samples
Review customer specifications and validate to ensure they align with supply base capabilities
Charge the new project from input to MP production
Monitor daily manufacturing efficiency and work with team members to improve it continuously
Responsible for project costing

Requirement:
B.S.
More than 10 years Manufacturing engineering experience
Engineering experience in furniture industry
People management experience,team oriented
Knowledge of wood, metal, glass, composites, and plastic
Familiar with furniture manufacturing processes
Project management experience
Be good communication,coordination
