职位描述：
职责Responsibilities:
1. 负责公司EHS管理体系的运行、完善，并组织安全委员会管理工作的策划，目标评估和安全培训工作的开展。Responsibility for running EHS management system smoothly and safety improvement. Organizing safety committee to conduct safety activities and objective review regularly. And take place the safety training for employees.
2. 按法律法规的要求，及时更新ESH的体系。Update the process of ESH system as per latest law’s requirement on time.
3. 对与安全生产运行有重要关联的施工、维修、用火、危化品管理等进行安全监督和检查Conduct the safety supervision and inspection for the safety related construction and maintenance, fire, hazardous chemical substance management;
4. 负责管理特种作业设备，特种设备上岗资质和劳动防护用品管理；Responsible for the management of special equipment, special work license and articles for labor protection;
5. 进行安全检查，查找安全隐患，做好安全检查记录，定期制作安全生产分析报告，提出改进措施，确保措施有效执行Conduct security checks, find potential safety hazard, and write the safety inspection records; make production safety analysis on a regular basis, propose the improvement measures and to ensure effective implementation;
6. 负责EHS文件的编写与管理，环境因素,职业危害因素及安全风险的识别与管理，并保存相关记录和文件；Responsible for the preparation and management of the EHS file, including Environment ，Occupation risk relevance & Safety risk identify and manage, also save the records and files;
7. 负责职业病健康管理流程相关文件与事务的处理，负责突发事件处理，包括事故调查、工伤申请及报告编写等；Responsible for document and business from occupational management process, Responsible for incident and accident investigation, Industrial injury application and writing accident report;
8. 负责公司对安监局、消防局、环保局等安全环境相关单位的联络与关系维护,联系并跟进第三方的各项EHS审核；Maintain the relationship with the safety bureau, fire station, environmental protection bureau and other relevant units，cooperate and follow up with different areas of audit from third party ;
9. 负责公司新项目的所有EHS相关事宜；Responsible for all EHS related matters in new projects;

岗位要求Requirements:
1. 本科学历Bachelor degree
2. 至少3年制造业安全管理工作经验 at least 3 yrs working experience in ESH management
3. 熟悉EHS管理体系和相关的法律法规的要求 Familiar with OHSAS, CSR and Environment and related law’s requirement.
4. 具有较好的组织、协调和沟通能力 Strong coordination, organizational and communication skills
