Role and Responsibilities
1. Implement Tiny Love quality policy at the factories and in Tiny Love products.
2. Involved in early engineering production (NPI) phase from quality aspects.
3. Responsibility for NPI QC aspects.
4. Implementing Tiny Love's QA/QC policy during production.
5. Investigate product failures and customer complaints with engineering (both Tiny Love's and factories engineering).
6. Manage Tiny Love QC team in the factories.
7. Responsible of ongoing communication with external labs.
8. Coordinate CCC certificate executing.
9. Preparing reports as required.
Qualifications
1. Good English (speak, read and write).
2. Familiar with baby toys international standards.
3. Experience at global companies as QA manager (at production environment).
4. Experience in managing QC team.
5. Mechanical lab tests experience.
6. Leading CAR and root cause analysis processes.
7. Implementing preventive actions.
8. Assertive and have the ability to work together with: site managers, QA/QC, engineering managers.
9. Multitasking abilities.
10. Independent personality.
11. Team work skills.
Education Requirements
1. Mechanical/Quality/QA engineer- engineering or similar degree.
2. QA management course/certification.
Other Requirements
1. The job requires traveling between the factories.
2. Multitasking abilities.
3. Experience with office tools: Word, XL, Power point and outlook/mailer.
