Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Shanghai

Principal Accountabilities
1. Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Shared Services China (HRSSC) team
2. Clerical support to HRSSC colleagues in different functional areas such as compensation and benefits, global mobility and employee communications, etc.
3. Update and provision of general HR information and data, and maintenance of China HR website
4. Logistics support for various HR activities such as meetings, training, travels, visits and other events
5. Coordination and organization of employee services programs such as Cargill Service Award
6. iHR information update, including both local & expatriates.
7. Issue HR related certifications
8. Work independently on local employee residence permit's application/renewal
9. Support Compensation & Benefits team on employees' leave record

Education, Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
1. Service oriented and a very good team player
2. Quick at learning and paying attention to accuracy and quality
3. Open and clear communication with others
4. Fluent written and spoken English
5. Skillful with Microsoft Office tools
