主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

- 协助人事/薪资服务部从事内务,文件/会议和报告的准备工作;
Assist the HR/Payroll team in secretarial, document / meetings preparation and report preparation work;

- 协助高级经理和客户经理管理现有客户
Assist and manage existing clients together with the senior managers and account managers;

- 按客户经理的指示与当地政府机构进行联络工作;
Liaise with local government department as per the tasks assigned by the account manager;

- 协助经理和客户经理管理客户信息以及有关设立/人事/薪资方面的运作;该项工作可能会要求(员工)在广东省内出差,完成有关申报和收集/提交相应资料的事宜;
Assist account manager / case manager with the management of clients portfolio and assist in registration/ HR/payroll management of clients ope
rations; this would involve local daily trips in Guangdong province for filings or document collection/submission;
- 协助客户经理和设立和财税部门的同事们为客户在南中国成立公司而工作;
Assist in establishing foreign clients operations in South China with the account manager and colleagues from the business registration and tax/accounting department;

- 完成由公司管理层所安排的内部行政工作;
Internal administration work as instructed by the office manager;

- 协助完成客户有关工作签证,就业允可的办理工作;
Assist with foreign clients visas applications, permits and related procedures;

- 协助并代表客户完成其证照更新的工作
Assist with renewals of licenses on behalf of clients;

工作要求 Job Requirements

技能Skills

- 良好的沟通能力
Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments

- 良好的中英文口语及写作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

- 诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神
Reliable and accurate; ability to work as a good team player

- 熟悉操作金蝶系统及ERP者优先考虑
Experience in Kingdee Software and familiarity with ERP systems preferred

教育背景 Educational Background

- 本科或本科以上学位
College/above degree, major in accounting or financial management

- 具有人事/薪资/行政/财税方面资格证者优先考虑
Possession of certificate of HR/payroll/admin./finance professional preferred

经验 Experience

- 至少有3年工作经验
3 years full-time related working experience
