Main responsibilities:
？This is a new position to set up ;
？Forming a new team by himself;
？Supervise the industrial engineering team in design and setup of line tooling, work station and production line for new products;
？Responsible for productivity improvement of assembly process, factory layout planning;
？Monitor of new toy development progress, management of productivity improvement projects, coaching and development of industrial engineers;
？Managing all IE projects, especially the labor efficiency improve and cost down projects.
Main requirements:
？Diploma degree above, major in Mechanical or other similar discipline;
？More than 8 years experience in industry manufacturing ;
？3 years working experience as IE Manager;
？Sense of cost and efficiency,sense of simplification and standard.
？Good communication skills;
？Having active attitude at work;
？Good at driving team and directing subordinates;
