Job Description:
? Support DJC Compliance Supervisor, to establish and manage the designated objectives, goals and KPI's, and report progress periodically to the DJC Compliance Supervisor and/or DJC QA& Compliance manager if required.
? Work proactively with performance results to ensure all Compliance related reports are accurate, distributed on time and records are maintained and up to date within the designated system.
o Follow DJC process to monitor Compliance Team Dashboard and summary
> BOM/BOS summary/Dashboard
> Physical and Chemical COP summary
> Weekly/Monthly Compliance team dashboard.
o Organize all requirements from Division
> Get all requirement from Division
> Add the document into external file
> Upload to designated sever and maintain the server
o Support Chemical Compliance Coordinator and Regulatory Coordinator on test request form for external lab if required.
> Submit TRF to external lab.
> Get all reports to Chemical Compliance Coordinator and Regulatory Coordinator.
o SOP and process documents maintenance
> Integrate the format of DJC SOP
> Give the document code to related team
> Upload the latest SOP to SharePoint and send them to related person.
> Maintain the Process/SOP follow up list
o Maintain the Tracking Log for TEST, AOD, CAR and DCBS system and provide service for other colleague, As an administrator of on-line track log and DCBS.
o Physical COP follow up
> Get annual test plan from QE team
> Push QE test to get samples for testing
> Monitor the Physical COP test plan and summary.
o Optimize records, summary and dashboard template with Chemical Compliance Coordinator and Regulatory Coordinator.
o Annual external testing cost analysis.
> Maintain the quotation from external lab.
> Get annual cost saving and amount of key test parameter.
o Ensure all Compliance related reports are accurate, distributed on time and records are maintained and up to date within the designated system.
? Any other tasks related to quality as set by DJC Compliance Supervisor or QA & Compliance Manager.


Job Requirement:
1. College Degree or above in Chemistry or related
2. Experience with Juvenile Products, Toys is preferred
3. Good skill in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Good communication skills
5. 1 year working experience in quality related field
6. Familiar with ISO9000:9001 is preferred.

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
