- 预先安排产中和产终检验，确保SHGS所有产品符合质量控制标准和规格，纸箱箱唛，文档，标签和包装无误；

- 及时报告违规或是异常情况。监控产品和某些原因被拒的货物及时校正；
- 确保对新的、高风险的工厂进行技术评估。给下属提供足够的培训，确保他们拥有日常工作的技术能力；
- 依照直接主管的要求，准备月度和季度报告；
- 根据实际情况准备放免检验的建议给经理审查批准；
- 提供领导，指导和监督队友；
- 通过绩效评估队友，持续的培训和反馈方法。报告所有的有关的活动与质量经理；
- 监督检验计划行程，并确保所有的检验任务圆满完成；
- 负责调查并反馈供应商或内部客户对现有产品的投诉；
- 负责提供支持，建议和培训质量检验员；
- 负责新队友SOP的训练和确保有效性工作应用技能的培训；
- 对供应商自检程序培训提供支持与实地训练；
- 计划和培训工厂验货员的自检技能；
- 积极参与供应商管理过程中的产品工程师和战略采购，不断评估性能指标识别机会，不断改进质量；
- 执行内部在职审核工作。

职位要求：
- 纺织或相关技术学科的大专资质（需要考量学术要求的水平）；
- 五年美国市场服装、家纺产品工作经验者优先考虑；
- 详细了解纺织和服装生产；
- 了解客户产品的质量标准，包装和标记要求；
- 在质量问题及其造成原因有良好的判断能力，并能够提供解决方案；
- 有效的沟通技巧；
- 有效地管理和指导团队成员；
- 具有高度的诚信和正直；
- 愿意维护商品质量好的企业信誉；
- 优秀的沟通和文档编写能力，良好的中英文听说读写能力。

Position Summary:
To manage and supervise inspections to ensure product quality meets or exceeds SHGS standards. The QA Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the inspection service and ensuring that the inspections are performed by the QA inspectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Arrange inline and final inspections of SHGS Merchandise prior to source shipment for adherence to established quality control standards and specifications, carton marking, documentation, labeling and packing;
2. Compile historical data to isolate vendors, product lines and specific items having the highest rate of quality problems, product failures and discrepancies using established statistical control sample size standards;
3. Report irregularities on a timely basis. Monitor correction of discrepancies and shipments being held pending correction of discrepancies;
4. Ensure factory technical evaluation is conducted for new and high risk factories. Provide sufficient training to subordinates and ensure their technical competence for daily works;
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as requested by direct supervisor;
6. As actually situation to prepare waive inspection suggestions to QA Manager review and approval;
7. Evaluate teammates through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods. Report all related activities to QA Manager;
8. Supervise inspection schedules and ensure all inspection tasks are fulfilling handled;
9. Investigates complaints on existing products and responds to vendor or internal customer;
10. Provide support, advise and training to QA Inspectors;
11. Train new teammates in SOP and ensure training effectiveness in application of job skills;
12. Provide support and field training for Vendor Accreditation program;
13. Plan and Train factory QC self-inspection (VAP);
14. Actively participate in the supplier management process with Product Engineers and Strategic Procurement, continuously evaluating performance metrics identifying opportunities for continual improvement in Quality;
15. Perform internal on-job audits.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
1. Tertiary level qualification in textile or related technical discipline (need to consider the level of academic requirement);
2. 5 years’ working experience in garment/Softline products for U.S. market is preferable;
3. Detailed knowledge of textile and garment production;
4. Know customer product quality standards, packing and marking requirements;
5. Good judgment in determining quality problems and their causes, able to provide solutions;
6. Effective communication skill;
7. Effectively manage and coach team members;
8. With high integrity and sense of rightness;
9. Willing to protect the company reputation for good quality merchandise ;
10. Excellent communication and documentation skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 举报 分享
