？Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
？Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
？Must possess deep experience in program management leadership within a consumer electronics development culture.
？Must have prior experience managing projects and general systems knowledge of embedded software, electronic hardware, wireless communications, and device to web integration.
？Experience in managing user experience driven product development and processes is highly desired.
？Experience with vendor management.
？Frequent late-afternoon / early evening and occasional early morning conference calls.
？High Proficiency verbal and written English. Can use excel for data analysis
？Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
