DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
* Overall support for NPI, online and RMA FA.
* Perform in-depth analysis on NPI issues and work closely with related organizations like Quality, R&D Group, Manufacturing and Production to come out with a corrective action (CA).
* Generate a comprehensive FA report based on findings, analysis, test and investigation results and propose a corrective/improvement action.
* Help provide technical support to PSG, CQE and FAE on handling and analyzing field failures.
* Render on-site customer support for urgent issues that require immediate actions.
