SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining the manufacturing quality activities
Ensuring compliance the regulatory requirements are implemented correctly and followed strictly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

? Works with QA Manager to plan and conduct audits according to Under Amour’s SQAP.
? Conducts statistical audits of in-process and finished product at various Under Armour Headwear manufacturing facilities and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement.
? Provide accurate and objective feedback of Supplier audits. Proactively communicates audit information with headwear sourcing team.
? Verify supplier’s Quality/Testing Control Plan, assist in the development of CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) with Suppliers and provide completion feedback, drive quality improvement continuously.
? Assist in the training and certification of Auditors for all the Under Armour Suppliers.
? Collaborates with Headwear Sourcing and Product Development to analyze and resolve potential quality or manufacturing issues. Give technical support to Suppliers during development and production, hold vendor quality accountable.
? Provide technical support to Suppliers for new facilities QA setting and ME (Manufacturing Excellence) implementation.
? Assist in assuring Under Armour’s Headwear quality standards are clearly understood and maintained at all Suppliers.
? Reporting and summary of issue findings for daily trip, Supports Vendor scorecard monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with Top Management to influence Vendor Strategy.
? Ensures Production Ready for all commercialized production.
? Continuously reviews, develops, and analyzes UA product specifications as well as customer feedback and returns to drive continuous improvement with vendors and internal partners.
? Implement inline audit for MLB headwear manufacturing and enhance IQC process for MLB trims and materials.
? Drives MLB quality to be aligned with UA inline headwear.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 5 or more years’ Quality Assurance Experience in headwear or apparel manufacturing and auditing.
? Strong background in quality procedures/processes, and industry standards; ME or LEAN background preferred.
? Good at problem shooting and solving.
? Experience in cut and sew and knowing all different embellishments.
? MLB and other licensed headwear auditing experience is preferred.
? Understand basic testing procedure, method and industry standards.

? Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, PPT).

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
? Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal counterparts in English etc.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
? Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY:
? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
