职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、管理物料/生产计划和仓库员工，从事计划，物料处理，库存控制和收货检查；
2、管理物料计划和仓库下属并培训员工。
3、计划和控制仓库内外物料流程，保持库存水平和支持生产进度；
4、根据滚动预测对生产进行产能计划，以确保我们有适当的组装能力，并及时向高层管理人员汇报情况；
5，监督并确保有效实施，PMC系统的更新和维护；
6、定期盘点物料和推动生产达到年度目标；
7、根据产能计划，编制总计划，并编制月度报告；
8、日常生产调度管理，收集日常出货信息，整理日常生产会议产品信息和数据；
9、负责与客户服务部门沟通，提供交货期信息，审核销售订单，确保每月按时交货；
10、生产订单系统的跟踪/更新所有的状态，确保系统及时更新；
11、灵活地安排客户的交货期，信息有效传递给采购部，确保物料供应及时、数量合理；
12、主持仓库每日生产例会；
13、与生产部/客户服务部/采购部进行沟通与合作，在适当的时间内完成生产计划；
14、与仓库以及相关部门共同维护ISO 9001体系；
15、上司交办其它工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and plan activities of Materials/ Production planning and warehouse personnel engaged in planning, material handling, inventory controlling and receipt inspection by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate personnel;
2. Manage the planning and warehouse function, manage subordinates and train them.
3. Plan and control material flow in and out from warehouse, maintain optimum stock levels and inventory investment to support production schedules;
4. Capacity planning for production in accordance with the rolling forecast to ensure we have appropriate installed capacity and high light gaps to senior management in a timely manner;
5. Oversee and ensure the effective implementation, update & maintenance of PMC system;
6. Manage regular cycle counting and drive accuracy to meet site annual goals;
7. Provide Head Count Planning based on the capacity planning and generate monthly report;
8. Work with day to day production scheduling, and collect daily output, WIP and finished goods data for the daily production meeting;
9. Responsible to communicate with Customer Service Department to provide delivery commitment, review sales order traveler and ensure on time delivery target is achieved for each month;
10. Generate Manufacturing Orders and track/update the status for all the open MO ensuring that the system is updated timely;
11. Interpret and transfer customer flexible delivery requirements to Purchasing Department, ensure material supplied just in time and in the right quantity;
12. Attend the daily production meeting with all the WH；
13. Communicate and cooperate within the Production Department / Customer Service Department/ Purchasing Department to fulfill the production plan to the right quantity on the right time;
14. Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001 requirements in the Materials planning and warehouse Department;
15. Other duties may be assigned as required;

任职要求：
1、管理类，经济类或者机械类相关专业毕业；
2、2年以上物料生产计划工作经验，5年以上工作经验者；
3、人际沟通协调能力较强，有团队合作精神；
4、英语听说读写能力良好；
5、较强处理问题处理能力和统筹能力；
6、熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系；
