Responsibilities:
1. This position is responsible for the reception of visitors接待来访客人
2. Assisting students in their daily use of the center, including reminding calls, class booking, complaint receiving and following up.给学生学习提供必要的服务和支持，包括提醒电话，订课，投诉受理和后续跟进
3. Provide a tidy/friendly/English speaking environment to customers.为客户提供整洁、友好的英语语言环境
4. Finish the reports as required.按要求完成所需报表
5. Other tasks assigned by center management.其他中心主管交办的任务

Requirements:
 Age :21-26 years old 年龄 21-26岁
1. Good communication skills and ability for solving problems 良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力
2. High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识
3. College diploma or above 大专及以上学历
4. Good command of spoken and written English熟练的英语听说读写 (CET6/TEM/4/TEM8）
5. Previous demonstrable service experience 曾有客户服务的相关经验
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule 喜欢弹性的工作时间
7. Pleasant and outgoing personality 开朗外向 形象气质佳
8. Hotel experience is a plus 有酒店工作经验尤佳
