Job Description
Position: Process & Product Engineer
Department: Technical Department
Immediate Report to: Technical Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Will be involved in all the new projects and running projects.
? To work with customers and provide them very good customer service on a strong technical base.
? Always team working with related departments and colleagues, not only with the internal team, but also work close with international colleagues.
? To provide professional suggestions to the design solutions, or make some new design, or design change.
? Provide technical solutions to the process and products.
? Provide technical solutions to the equipment, produce the specifications for different equipment.
? Other works assign by the company.
? Working for the company's strategies in order to meet the company’s goal.
? Work in Ljunghall AB's business system and operational policy.
Required Education & Experiences:
? At least 5 years’ working experience as a process/product engineer in high-pressure die-casting company, familiar with high-pressure die-casting process and products.
? Graduate from colleague or university, major in technical, mechanical engineer or related discipline.
? The working experience at an automotive industry company will be a value added point.
Required competencies:
? Good skill with 3-model design software Solid works or other 3D software such as UG and ProE.
? Review drawings and other technical requirements (understand and appoint the critical customer requirements in it.)
? FMEA
? Good English skills, not only in writing, but also in oral, can communicate with English speaking colleagues
? Microsoft Office knowledge
? Excellent coordination skills and team work spirit
? Very good communication skills, both with external (customers, suppliers) and internal (colleagues)
