Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Focus on adidas China and Global Key Cities within APAC, deliver scaled concepts and physical store environment based on creative framework , encompassing consumer facing tools, storytelling and VM, together as a holistic retail concept, resulting in world class consumer experience
Create Global retail concept environments, standards and Guidelines, including all future and refinement of concepts
Create concepts, including mono-label stores, Core stores, Brand Centers, and other distribution models across owned and franchise networks and special programs.
Concept Development, planning, design, project management and opening support for globally led store formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CtC (Concept to Consumer) relevant teams to create clear requirements and development of guidelines, structure and positioning for markets to implement the concepts whilst ensuring continued alignment to Brand objectives and positioning
Develop guidelines and tools for markets to implement the concepts.
Develop Concepts and 3D tools for each adidas Label that respond to the target consumer profile.
Retail scaled concept and design solutions aligned with consumer experience strategy, as well as specific request from adidas China
Relationship and Communication with globally appointed retail design agencies, architecture firms and external partners for new scaled concepts and key city projects (global and market).
Develop Retail design agency network in APAC.
Improve processes
Conceptualized new methods or processes.
Monitor the Retail industry (brick and mortar and digital) for best practices that are appropriate and can be adapted for adidas.
Manage change and innovations in Retail Design.
Manage Resources:
Manage project budgets as assigned.
Coordinate between department tactics and operational objectives.
Work independently and collaboratively Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Fully qualified and experienced in specialised store design, with combined theoretical and practical knowledge.
Strong organisation skills and flexibility
Proven track record in project management
English fluent : verbal, written & spoken. Another European language is an advantage.
IT: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects advanced. CADD is an advantage.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Business or Design Degree (Architecture – Interior Design)
4 - 6 years relevant experience in retail development and design including fashion retailing
1+ years working with global markets, or a key adidas market.
1+ years project or process management experience
