职位描述：
Job Description:
? Worked closely with business and capture the requirements for the development work that company would be doing on e-commerce suite of applications for China. Technology involved is Java/J2EE
? Do the estimation for the requirement and prepare the project schedule
? Prepare the project status report and share it with key stakeholders on a weekly basis
? Need to involve in Design/Construction phase of the development work and deliver the quality output as per the requirement and get the sign off from company business on the deliverables
? Need to co-ordinate with multiple teams with in the company or any other vendors for that candidate should fluently communicate in Mandarin and English

Job Requirement:
? 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
? Experience in handling ecommerce projects
? Ability to manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
? Ability to design and develop solution for project and sustenance delivery
? Ability to gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
? Experience in managing the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards
? Able to pro-actively identify and mitigate risks
? Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English
? Experience in Travel or Tourism domain background would be added advantage 举报 分享
