职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Provide leadership, direction and oversight in the specific area of the distribution function for the Area, supporting Area Vice President to meet targeted customer service level. Lead the efforts on continuous optimization and efficiency improvement to deliver highest quality logistics service – for warehouses, distributions, and customer service in the Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Network analysis for Warehouse location/optimization.
2. Familiar with modern methods of pick & pack and delivery to end consumer in customized packages. Familiar with various technologies relating to this area
3. Study different packing/delivery mechanism followed worldwide and customize to AP Operations.
4. Study the different possibilities of delivery to end consumer – Lead change from truck to parcel delivery.
5. Study and implement the right KPI’s for customer service in relation to pick & pack.
6. Monitoring and tracking of KPI’s of Distribution department – work on continuous improvement.
7. Managing country’s Logistics project portfolio and cost savings tracking/reporting tools.
8. Focus on breakthrough opportunities to reduce lead time to deliver strategic supply chain mandate.
9. Define and create solid relationships with key logistic suppliers.
10. Monitor continuous change in regulations in customs/foreign trade and keep processes updated including providing updates to the organization.
11. Ensure appropriate metrics are instilled and are continuously analyzed, monitored and reported out.
12. Develop processes for analyzing shipment –related issues, shipping damage and mis-shipments to establish root cause and implement effective countermeasures to eliminate fulfillment failures.
13. Identify and develop Warehouse & Distribution associates to take on positions of increased responsibility.
14. Partner with all the country Managing Director and Head of Sales in the area to ensure the service level to meet their expectations and to seek opportunities for improvement.
15. Able to work in a multi-cultural multi-functional setting.
16. Continuously monitor changes in conditions, operations, and the environment that can affect service and cost.
17. Ensure Worldwide W&D standard operating procedures are followed in the region.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor in Operations, Engineering or Business. MBA preferred.
? 12-15 years of relevant experience in modern warehousing and Distribution set up and ERP environment
? Experience in complete implementation of warehousing and Distribution systems.
? Proven track record of optimizing warehouse, pick and pack and distribution activities in several markets within the Asia Pacific region.
? Experience in all procures to pay processes.
? Fair understanding of taxation and its implications (VAT, GST, etc.) 举报 分享
