职位描述：

1、根据企划战略规划，制定企业信息化规划管理与实施制度；
2、对现有ERP产品进行分析，对业务流与现金流的管理进行优化，将各系统资源进行优化与整合，实现财务与业务流的规范和统一，提高财务可控性与时效性；

3. 深刻理解行业现状和发展趋势；全面掌握公司业务特点和IT共享中心员工现状；能够为公司高层领导做好宣讲 ;
4. 具备良好的部门规划、组织建设、团队管理和项目管理能力，及良好的战略规划能力;

5、优化和梳理企业的流程，规划企业网络布局，实施网络信息安全改造，服务器的升级；对现有的产品进行调研和升级，以解决公司整体需求。

任职资格：
1、全日制统招计算机相关专业本科以上学历；
2、有5年以上IT经理或CTO/CIO相关工作经验；
