职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between overseas counterparts in Design and Product Development as well as vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely process from product development into bulk production.
• Analyze costing and price negotiations.
• Monitor and work with the factories to ensure all prototypes, salesman samples etc. are delivered on time, meeting margin expectations and in accordance with the requirements from customers.
• Review samples with technician and work out the comments to control the product quality.

Requirements:

• Above 5 years of merchandising experience on Premium Fashion Handbags for International Brands.Experience in Europe market is an advantage.
• Good knowledge on material sourcing and quality and production know-how.
• Experience in the technical construction of bags.
• Fast learner and can work independently with good organization skill.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork esprit and communication skills.
• English level above CET-6 with proven ability to write and speak in English with overseas counterparts.
• Immediate available preferred.
