职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Complete projects and special assignments in timely manner.
Perform a full range of secretarial services to the expatriate director on meeting arrangement, calendar scheduling and expenses claims etc.
Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, re-designing, and implementing change
Handle business correspondences, translation and PowerPoint presentation
Handle confidential correspondences and documents
Assist in office admin and HR coordination work
Maintain workflow under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-profile work environment. - Provides systematic and dependable follow up, as well as high level of organization and preparedness.
Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing secretarial support to senior management in an EMS industry
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin as well as written English& Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Independent, proactive, flexible and with good interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Station in Dongguan
Proficiency in MS office
