We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, PlayTex, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!). This is a challenging and rewarding role with an exciting focus on owning the HR strategy for Greater China. A perfect role for someone who is looking to contribute to the business as part of the Greater China Leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to be responsible for change management, leadership development, reward and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment and selection, employee and industrial relations, communications and policy.

Reporting to the HR Senior Director-International, and with responsibility for two HR Business Partners, you will be part of a diverse global HR team and will work closely with senior leaders to support all business functions. The role demands a great deal of stakeholder involvement and engagement at various levels, so is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and building long lasting relationships. Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:
 
?Lead on HR strategies, policies, and programmes to support the mission, values, and objectives.
?Partner with the Greater China leadership team to optimise team effectiveness.
?Ensure the establishment of effective organisation and talent plans.
?Contribute to and support change management programmes.
?Manage Greater China internal communication.
?Oversee employee and industrial relations within Greater China
?Manage links into the International HR organisation to ensure alignment of objectives.
?Ensure HR processes run effectively in Greater China and that the integrity of HR data is maintained.

Requirements:
In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and teams located internationally. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following:
？Degree level education or above
？Appropriate HR professional qualification desirable
？HR leadership experience gained within a global commercial or FMCG business
？Mandarin and English fluency is essential; Cantonese would be an advantage
？Solid experience in Employee Relations in the employment law context in Greater China
？Strong experience in talent management and organisational development
？Experience of working in an international matrix environment
？Experience in working both cross functionally and cross culturally
