职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Lead the team to set and implement category strategy with current supplier base competence, developed category new supplier develop needs and plan
？ Transfer new supplier development plan to project base with clear saving target, timeline.
？ Get align with cross functional team to assign the project owner and take the role as project leader to own the project final delivery.
？ Working with category strategy team to enroll the new supplier development plan as part of the category plan with volume allocation agreement.
？ Working with New Product Development Group to engage into the design stage, build long term supplier development plan.
？ Working with R&D and quality team to develop supplier development plan to ensure supplier performance level

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
- Over 15 years working experience in multi-national company, with at least 5 years on a Senior people management position; familiar with electronic industry
- Strong skill on project management, supplier development and negotiation.
- Target driven with high commitment; Self-motivated with good passion to deal with challenges
- Strong leadership
