职位描述：
Basic Function:
? As an integral part of the Store Planning & Design Department, the Store Planning and Design Manager will be responsible for the leading the team and correct creation, implementation and maintenance of fixture plans, interior elevations, and details for a variety of retail environments and fixture programs. This position will link with RTC’s global design teams maintaining consistence design / drafting standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Produce high quality fixture plans, elevations, and details while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
? Store Planning efforts including site survey interpretation, traffic flow, merchandising strategy, apparel capacity requirements, disability compliance and building code consideration.
? Understand and communicate details of strategy, store design, merchandising, fixture design, graphic design, and branding.
? Participate with cross functional teams on individual store designs by participating in periodic schematic reviews with Account Managers, Client teams, and Design Director.
? Participate in client meetings as required.
? Lead efforts in updating AutoCAD Templates, fixture block library & design criteria standards.
? Assist Design Director in the review and approval of Fixture Engineering details, and Interior Fixture plan sets to insure the integrity and accuracy of final fixture production and installation.
? Train and assist other designers on new CAD features/techniques as well as assisting with any questions concerning the use of AutoCAD software.
? Quick grasp of project parameters, and deliverables
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? High sense of urgency with strong time management skills.

? Travel 10%

Education, Experience, and Software Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Experience:
? 5 - 10 years, experience in drafting / interior architectural design
? Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
? Self starter with demonstrated initiative
? Well organized, able to prioritize work load and timelines
? Great attitude and willingness to work hard; ability to take direction from a variety of team players, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands
? Detail oriented with an acute sense of urgency

Software Requirements:
? Proficient in AutoCad 2011, Solid Works.
? Experience with Revit, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Reports to Commercial Director RTC Asia
Key Internal Contacts: Industrial Design, Account / Project Management, Mechanical Engineers, both regionally and globally.
