1. Job Description:
2. Responsible for End-to-end recruitment process for Flextronics China on non-managerial requisitions.
3. Implement the effective recruiting program to meet business need.
4. Explore new channels of experienced talent pool.
5. Screen potential candidates, recommend resume and arrange interview
6. Evaluate applicants' skills and background and negotiate offer for potential candidates.
7. Summarize and provide necessary reports.
8. Assist on ad-hoc HR projects

1. 负责伟创力中国区的招聘, 岗位类型多样化
2. 负责招聘项目，比如校招，管培生项目等
3. 招聘渠道的管理和维护
4. 电话面试候选人，推荐简历和安排面试
5. 评估候选人的能力，并和通过面试的候选人谈offer
6. 制作招聘相关的报表
7. 经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with 1-4 years recruitment experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in sizable multi-national companies with matrix reporting structure is preferable.
3. Good at communication & strong presentation skills.
4. Customer-oriented and ability to build strong relationships, strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
5. Creative, Flexible, Independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
6. Good Team player.
7. Good English and native Mandarin

2. 有大型跨国和集团公司工作经验优先考虑
3. 优秀的沟通能力
4. 优秀的解决问题的能力，分析能力
