Responsibility:

In this position, you are entrusted to work directly with customers to enable Intel's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology on OEM/ODM platforms. The key duties and responsibilities are:

- Managing OEM/ODM issue communication externally, effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively; making sure all customer issues are clearly submitted into Intel database, ready for engineer to debug.

- Managing internal issue debug process, working with internal engineering teams to drive issue debugging and resolving.

- Setup and reproduce OEM/ODM issues and help engineer to collect logs and co-debug assisting engineer.

- Working closely with OEM/ODMs, providing technical assistance for their development, sometimes going onsite to customer office/factory for issue assistance and support.

- Learning analyzing Intel wireless logs and providing initial customer issue logs analysis, proactively resolving customer issues.

Qualification:

- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills (need to interface external customers and internal engineers)

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written English)

- Proactively, good patience, good memory and multi-task capability to hand large amount of issues managing

- Work independently, balance/prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and exhibit strong influencing skills and customer orientation in an ambiguous environment

- Work in a global team environment (adaptive to untraditional work hour, US and Israel time) and reach across organizational boundaries

- More than 1 years of troubleshooting experience with Wireless (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), including reproducing issues

- Familiar with Windows, PC architecture; a big plus: drivers and software applications QA and development

- BS or MS EE/CE - 3 years of experience working at or interfacing with PC OEM or ODM

- Willingness to travel (Domestic)
