Position Title: HR Business Partner
Directly Reports to: Head of Human Resources, Greater China
Location: Shanghai, China
Overall Purpose of Job:
The position will provide a broad range of human resources services to support regional functions and lead projects across Greater China.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance to regional functions on HR topics.
2. Facilitate HR core process, such as performance management, payround / bonus, promotion, hiring and termination process, talent review.
3. Develop and execute HR plans and processes.
4. Collaborate with Regional HR team to drive and support HR Initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
6. Resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
7. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes.
Key Competencies:
1. 10 years’ experience or more in HR function
2. Fluent in English, especially writing capability.
3. Good presentation skill and professional appearance.
4. Familiar with HR core procedure and process
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Able to plan, organize and establish priorities in a fast changing organization
