职位描述：
I. Primary Purpose
As a key costing player to support the business needed

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Ensures all costing timelines are met
2. Regularly communicates with cross functional team & factories to ensure all development changes and material price changes are reflected in the factory's revised costing sheets correctly
3. Executes final price negotiation and agreement with the factories
4. Coordinates costing saving options to cross-functional team to maximize the cost benefit
5. Consolidates accurate, high quality and vital cost component information & analysis to NY Costing on a timely manner
6. Organizes the complete and accurate data base and well maintains

III. Dimensions
1. Manages cost aspect from all China vendors
2. Manages costing operation with cross-functional team

IV. Education & Experience Requirements
1. Over 3 years of Costing relative experience in footwear industry
2. Product Development background preferred

1. Good Command of English Speaking, Writing, and Comprehension
2. Strong Communication Skills, Strong Sense of Numbers
3. Well Organized, Detail Oriented and Timely in a Business Setting
4. Highly Self Motivated
