职位描述：
任职资格：
1、建筑工程预结算类或建筑工程类相关专业，建筑装饰类优先。
2、建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业大专以上学历。
3、2年以上工作经验，熟悉装饰工程招投标程序。熟悉装饰预算及CAD制图软件；
4、掌握各种工程计价表及东莞、周边地区的市场施工价格及材料价格；
5、在大型装饰公司做过大型工装预算、能独立完成工程预算报价。

岗位责职：
1、负责组织、编制开发项目的施工图预算，及时准确编制工程预算书、工程清单计价书等造价
文件；
2、能独立编制大中型工程的预结算；
3、编制商务标或技术标，独立完成预算成本分析及实际成本控制工作；
4、参与装饰装修施工工程预算报价、承担预算审查、验工计价、结算与决算工作；
5、完成公司各工程的预算报价、结算工作。
