Position: Plant Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager
Report to: Managing Director
Location: Changshu
Salary: 20~35k/month
Purpose of Job: Owner of the Supply Chain Process in plant - Continuous improvement of the SC process to meet plant targets
Main Responsibilities:
Essential Function 1: Optimizing Supply Chain processes to improve Delivery, Lead-time and Planning Accuracy
1. Develop ideas for CI projects for local plant, align with Group SC Manager & local management, implement
2. Support roll-out and implementation of Group SC activities for plant
3. Coordinate and manage local logistics inbound-outbound as well as material disposition
Performance Indicators: no. of CI projects implemented and improvement on OTIF; OTIF, Delivery Accuracy, Lead-time; Planning accuracy
Essential Function 2: Implementing and Ensuring SC KPIs and CTQs (Critical to Quality)
1. Implement and ensure Group SC KPIs and CTQs on local level
2. Ensure data accuracy for area of responsibility
3. Contribute to Intercompany (IC) process
Performance Indicators: SC and CTQ dashboard in place and up-to-date, Data Accuracy, Lead Time
Essential Function 3: Execute SC planning on plant level
1. Contribute to balance capacities between factories as led by Group SC manager
2. Execute Sales&Operation as well as Production Planning on plant level
3. Ensure MRP Process utilization on local level
Essential Function 4: Contributing to Product and Material Harmonization
1. Contribute to simplification of product transfers and back-up planning between the plants and within plant
2. Improve efficiency , reduce waste and claims
Essential Function 5: Lead, manage and develop the Plant Supply Chain team
1. Manage, coach and develop plant supply chain team members
2. Continuously develop, use and improve best practices within the team
Essential Function 6: Drive implementation of production plan
1. Ensure production is delivering the total agreed volume on the S&OP process
2. Proactively monitor & support production efficiency (output, loading, speed, waste)
3. Manage & drive the efficiency of the inventories
Performance Indicators: Planning Accuracy, Frozen Zone h; Days in inventory (RAW, WIP, FG)

Requirements:
? Master in Engineering/Business Studies
? min. 5-10 years professional experience in Supply Chain, ideally in the packaging industry
? Proven track record in successfully managing Supply Chain, Logistics and Purchasing projects and delivering outstanding results
? Experience in operating with different stakeholders on local level and also within the network of a large group`s multicultural matrix organization
? Proven leadership skills in managing change initiatives
? Fluent in Chinese and English

Additional responsibilities:
? Member of Group sourcing organization
? Manage search and development of local suppliers (raw materials and services), audit new and existing suppliers
? Monitor intercompany material flow and related pricing
? Contribute to new product and info record creation in SAP as Purchase Module key user
? Monitor cost efficiency of logistics flow
? Bonded production process: Maintain up-to-date statutory requirement for general process and participate in bonded process control 举报 分享
