Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Administration 行政工作 (80%)
- Booking management (air-ticket, Vehicle, hotel)
预定管理(机票、酒店、车辆)
- Official certificates application for the foreigners such as work permit, resident permit, visa etc.
外籍员工证件的办理,包括居留许可、工作许可、签证、邀请函等
- Management of Office equipment, stationery, daily supplies
办公室设备、文具及日常用品的管理
- Staff activities organization such as annual dinner, gathering, sports activities etc.
员工活动安排,包括公司年会、聚餐、户外活动等
- Attendance checking and staff leave status update
员工考勤检查、请假记录的更新
- As the contact window to the external visitors such as government officers, policemen, landlord etc.
负责对外联络包括与房东、政府部门官员、其他来访者的接待工作
- Other Administration tasks

Human Resources 人力资源工作 (20%)
- Support on recruitment activities including post/update recruitment ad. resume screening, interview arrangement
协助开展公司招聘活动,包括发布、更新招聘广告、简历筛选、面试安排、录用确认等。
- To be in charge of new staff enrollment procedures and new profile set up
负责新员工入职手续及档案建立
- To be in charge of staff separation procedures
负责员工离职手续和离职面谈
- Update HR reports timely, including personal list, contact update, probation remind, o-chart, etc.
定期更新人力资源报告,包括人员更新表、通讯录、员工试用期提醒、组织架构图更新等。
- Support on staff training, such as orientation
协助员工培训活动的开展, 例如员工入职培训等
Job Requirement 岗位要求
- College degree, major in English, Administration or Human Resources management will be preferable.
大专以上学历,英语、行政管理或者人力资源管理专业尤佳
- 2 years working experience with familiar position
2年以上同类型岗位工作经验
- Good English
流利英语听、读、写
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通及交际能力
-Be able to work under high pressure
