Job Description:
Provide end-to-end project operation services during project lifecycle, from deal qualification till project close. Coordinate with internal and external customers, partners and vendors to fulfill the project implementation smoothly. Provide consultative advice to sales/business/delivery team in fields of company policy, process, and guideline.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales support to service engagements, participate funnel review, provide bidding support, coordinate vendor selection/qualification, coordinate contract package review, assist bid team to prepare bidding documents and bid bond.
2. Provide post-sales support to service engagements, control order entry according to HP order policy, follow up outstanding AR issue with Sales and delivery team, make appropriate escalation as necessary.
3. Participant regular project financial review with project manager, ensure project revenue and cost are booked correctly and timely in compliance with SAB104 guideline.
4. Generate order/revenue/cost forecast timely and accurately to reflect the business trend. Provide routine and add-hoc reports related with service engagements.
Job Requirements:
1. At least a Bachelor Degree, majors in information management, Finance, Economics, Business administration are preferred;
2. Good written and oral English, level above CET Band 4;
3. Obtain strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Demonstrate high level of sense of responsibility, commitment and drive;
5. Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline;
6. Ability to work independently with high quality as well as part of the team;
7. Basic legal, tax, finance and accounting knowledge;
8. Personal computer skills, such as Word, Excel.
