Job Description:
1.Continuously identify opportunities within assigned territories and incorporate into the growth and development of the company
2.Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers.
3.Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and influencers.
4.Identify and analyse sales tendency, hidden needs, competition situation and development in the target customer markets.
5.Present solution proposal and business case to decision makers, engage in negotiations and deal closing
6.Collaborate with internal functions to support sales process, solution design, contract management, service support, complaint, billing and credit control, etc.
7.Assist management to plan and predict following annual sales, make out annual sales budget.
8.Achieve growth, hit sales and DSO targets.
9.Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing or coaching between team and functions.
10.Prepare sales reports and update customer profile over a specified period of time
Requirements:
1.Degree holder or above.
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account manager position or senior sales representative in logistics industry;
3.Experience in managing multi-national accounts and local customer with successful track record.
4.Strong business sense and able to communicate with different level of customer and background effectively.
5.Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
6.Liable, good integrity, positive attitude at work.
7.Highly self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
8.Effective communication in both English and Chinese, oral and written.
