职位描述：
To assist the Brand Team in the development of the Product Strategy and Marketing Plan of the brand portfolio.
Follow through execution of the plans to achieve the desired results.Principle Duties and responsibilities including：
1.Assist Brand Team in formulating the Product Strategies of the brand portfolio
2.Implement marketing programs from preparation to execution, closely monitor the effectiveness of the programs with timely evaluation and feedback
3.Support the Senior Brand Manager/Assistant Brand Manager to liaise with the production plants, agencies and suppliers in advertising materials development, POP development, packaging development and researches
4.Resources monitoring and tracking of marketing spending with periodic reports
5.Work closely with the sales, trade marketing and e-Commerce team in understanding the market trend and initiate programs and supports relevant to the brand development
6.Regular update on market & competitor analysis, monthly reports and maintaining brand tracking databases

Qualifications:
1. University degree, major in business, marketing, English or Arts;
2. Expeirence in working with advertising agencies and design agencies;
3. Understand and keep abreast of current social medial trends;
4. Creative and Innovative;
5. Good communication skills, willing to share good ideals openly with the team;
6. Able to work independently.
