职位描述：
Department: Social Compliance
Location: Putian
Report to: CSR Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
This position will report directly to the CSR Assistant Manager. Under the direction of the CSR Assistant Manager, the Compliance Auditor is requested to assistant CSR Manager for hands-on execution and oversight of our social compliance program.

Essential Functions:

1. Contribute to the continuous development of TOMS Social Compliance strategy, value and vision.
2. Provide ongoing communication, education and training to our suppliers of our Supplier Code of Conduct and relevant third party standards, such as Fair Labor Association (FLA) and local laws to lift supplier overall performance.
3. Conduct internal audits as necessary on behalf of TOMS for new or existing suppliers.
4. Produce the audit report efficiently and accurately.
5. Assist in scheduling of third party independent supplier audits and review findings.
6. Follow up the Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and work with supplier through remediation of supplier deficiencies.
7. Track & update the local labor laws and EHS requirements for all the relevant sourcing nations.
8. Convey the necessary information to other teams on supplier CSR performance and business impact.
9. Primary China, but with oversight of other operating regions as well.
10. Complete other duties or projects assigned by Compliance Manager.

Essential Skills:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English
2. High level of integrity and honesty
3. Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
4. Travel estimated at 50-75%
5. Strong written and oral communication skills
6. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
7. Good appreciation of cultural diversity
8. Knowledge of local laws, international standards as well as supply chain management

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social compliance auditing and program execution.
2. Bachelor degree or above is a must.
3. Apparel and Footwear industry experience strongly preferred.
