Base in shanghai.
Responsibilities
-Source and build candidate pipelines for various positions
-Proactively identifies and recruits passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
-Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
-Research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
-Drives achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill
- Build partnerships across various functions with hiring managers, executive team and HR team
- Support with coordinating interviews, creating offer letters and negotiation
- Support campus hiring activities
Qualifications
- Passion, motivation, commitment, focused, driven, good is not good enough
- Agency, in-house experience technology recruitment is preferred
- Fluent Chinese/English communication is important
- Must have 4+ years recruiting experience including direct hire, temporary staffing, relocation and immigration. Experiences in other HR fuctions is a plus, such as training.
- Bachelor degree and above preferred
