? Lead APJ accounting project and work with accounting design team closely.
? Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.
? Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Provides highly innovative solutions.
? Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities, work closed with WW/APJ region accounting design team for the process standardization.
? Identifies accounting issues and proposes solutions to manager.
? Ability to influence multiple functions within a broad scope, typically interacting with managers and directors.
? Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
? Provide professional accounting knowledge sharing to team members.
Education and Experience Required:
? First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
? Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
? Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
? Accounting firm experience is preferred.
? Provide professional accounting knowledge sharing to team members.
Education and Experience Required:
