Job description
a. Work in NPI projects and performs acoustical evaluation and troubleshooting of test systems in the production line.
b. Perform product and process capability studies, test data analysis and other evaluation tasks.
c. Perform failure analysis of Acoustic test system.
d. Create proposals for fixture and further product improvements.
e. Prepare failure analysis reports and drive and monitor test yield improvements.
f. Set-up Audio test station in production line.
g. Communicate test results and improvements with design team in Europe.
Requirements
a. Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Acoustic
b. Work experience with acoustical components and acoustic test principles.
c. Experience with evaluation reports of production test systems such as CPK and GR&R.
d. Know-how on acoustic test equipment and test principle.
e. Experience in acoustic design of speaker or microphone is a plus but not mandatory.
f. Self-driven and good at team work.
g. Fluent in English language, both in written and oral.
