职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the virtual infrastructure and storage area network to provide computing resources to enterprise applications.
- Manage, support, and maintain Windows NT 2008 Active Directory infrastructure, and services such as file/print services and Citrix Services
- Establish and manage backup and recovery procedures for network-based systems.
- Manage Exchange 2010 enterprise messaging system including e-mail security/content scanning programs.
- Manage Office 365 cloud based solution interface and deployments
- Ensure maximum availability of mission critical system SAP ERP/PLM/BPC that will relocate at different data centers
- Maintain all server software and hardware to ensure the latest software service releases, service packs, and patches are tested then installed.
- Maintain and distribute latest anti-virus definition files and engines to the enterprise.
- Maintain server hardware/software to meet the present and future needs of the user community operating on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Microsoft Office platforms.
- Participate in planning sessions for the selection and support of new and existing applications.
- Maintain inventory of all company owned server hardware and software products.
- Cognizant of governmental regulations, laws, and organizational change control policies affecting IT processes and procedures.
- Maintain corporate software licensing scheme and assure company compliance with vendor licensing agreements.
- Maintain documentation of systems and policies.
- Provide remote offices technical guidance and assistance to install and maintain approved applications and systems.
- Participate in projects and evaluation of new technologies and solutions.

Job Requirements:
- University degree/college diploma is preferred
- 5-7 years experience administering networks in a large-scale, multi-platform IT environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows NT 2008 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Citrix, and Cisco IOS, Storage Network Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of server and desktop data encryption tools.
- Knowledge of backup to disk solutions and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of virtual server (VM Ware) technologies.
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS, and other data storage technology.
- Familiarity with SAP basis and Zerto DR replication is preferred.
- Familiarity with operation system of Linux OS and Mac IOS is preferred.
- IT security audit experience is added advantage.
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Desire to assume multiple roles in the IT department
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Strong English skills, ability to work in an international team, flexibility, strong communication skills and readiness of mind
