职位描述：
Factory Manager
? Managing daily operation of the factory
? Responsible for managing team of sourcing, pattern maker and sewers
? Plan and organize workload with sewing team, set priorities and ensure deadline are met.
? Review, manage and support all departments (pattern development, and sewing) to ensure the flow of work is smooth and bottlenecks eliminated quickly and efficiently.
? Monitor, analyze and review department accuracy and performance (no. of samples manufactured vs target set, no. of samples rejected vs agreed design vs quality, no. Of samples dispatched on time etc.)
? Manage sample room budget and invoicing; eg. Materials purchased (fabrics, trims, packaging, printing, plastic accessories), sample set up costs eg print screens, molds etc., staff costs (full time and temporary)
? Carry out yearly performance appraisals with the team.
