职位描述：
primary objectives; 主要工作职责

? create the initial tech pack across the brands for each style at the very beginning sampling stage.
针对每一款产品的设计，在起办的初期创建初始技术文件；
? technical supports to design team in sydney, australia in a professional sense.
从专业的层面给设计队伍提供技术性的支援；
? ensure the all tech packs are correctly populated and complete for suppliers to use in sampling and manufacturing ╟ construction, size specification, quality, trims, care and content labels and package etc.
确保技术文件在转发给供应商和工厂做办之前所有信息的正确性 ╟ 包括工艺结构、尺码表、品质、唛头位置，洗水说明和面料成分，包装等等；
? ensure the fit and associated comments are clear so that fits are managed and signed off within 2 fittings.
确保在2次试身评估内完成合身效果的确认和相关的清晰评语；
? work with the head office technical service team in sydney, australia closely to make sure all approved requirements/specifications on tech pack are accurate and the best practices;
与悉尼总部技术服务团队密切合作，确保所有批核的技术文件上的说明和要求述准确和***实用性；
? checking over the samples (fit sample, sms, pp sample etc.) to ensure all requirements have been followed accordingly by the suppliers/factories.
审批所有衫办（试身办、销售办、产前办等等），确保供应商/工厂完全遵照批办评语的要求进行做办；
? co-ordinating fit times with tech team of the head office in australia.
协同悉尼总部技术服务团队进行样办试身相关工作；
? get various samples measurements, technical constructions, workmanship and trims etc. checked properly and approved.
确保所有衫办的尺寸、工艺结构、手工及物料等得以正确的检查和批核；
? process all comments, from 1st fit through to ok for bulk production.
为所有衫办（从试身办的批核到工厂做大货）提供批办评语；
? replying promptly to various factories on technical questions.
及时回答供应商/工厂提出的有关技术上的疑问；
? allocating correct care labels and package to every garment, emailing the factories promptly.
为每一款衣服配置正确的洗水唛及洗水唛位置正确，包装资料，并及时以邮件形式通知相应工厂；
? provide garment construction, making methods and solutions that will deliver required quality and finishing expectations within a budget for any particular style.
在预算范围内为一些特别的款式提供具体的技术上的结构性意见、生产工艺及解决方案以达到品质及成衣处理的预期要求；
? updated all samples approval on the “shared” server and ap21;
及时更新所有衫办的批办结果到公司的资料“共享”盘和ap21系统；
？ set up all technical standard system 建立技术标准系统
? participate in on-going training opportunities within the business.
参与公司的持续发展培训项目；
? other tasks assigned by the technical manager.
技术经理安排的其他任务。

position requirements; 职位要求

? min 3 years solid experience in the same/similar role.
3年以上相关工作经验；懂英文者优先；
? the ability to work in a fast pace environment is a must.
必须能适应快速时尚品牌的快节奏工作环境；
? strong knowledge/experience of servicing local & international markets.
有较强的国内及国际服装市场方面的服务经验和知识背景；
? strong ability to plan, organise, and structure workload in an autonomous fashion environment.
在自主品牌的工作环境下，有较强的计划、组织和安排自身的工作的能力；
? exceptional attention to detail and good eye for high quality finishes.
对服装成品的细节及品质要求有优秀的鉴别能力；
? proficient in computer literacy (ms excel and word).
精通电脑操作（ms办公软件excel 和word）；
? a firm understanding of the fashion industry and the importance of critical path.
了解行业的专业要求和准时交货的重要性；
？ ability to work under pressure. positive and can-do attitude.
能在压力下工作，心态积极乐观；

? team player with excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity & loyalty.
具有团队精神和良好的人际交往能力，为人正直、忠诚。
