职位描述：
We are a U.K. based company with our design office in the U.K, a production company based in HK, plus our own sample room and production office based in Dong Guan. We are currently looking for an experienced Samples Controller to join our team, and who will be based in our Dong Guan office.

The applicant should preferably have knowledge of footwear samples, experience in sample control, and must be a team player.

This role will include:
· Following all development samples being made in our factories (translate, provide material swatches and supplier information to them).
· Communicating with and understanding the needs of our UK design team.
· Following all sales samples being made in our factories, and prepare customer invoice and packing list ready for shipment.
· Following all confirmation samples being made in our factories (arrange for components, paper patterns & all development samples to be sent to factories to make confirmation samples).
· Control the alternative material swatches from the factories (take photos, send to UK for approval. Then pass comments/ approvals to factories).
· Taking photos for every development sample before it is allowed to be sent out.

It would also be a distinct advantage if you are able to write and speak fluent English.
