职位描述：
渠道经理岗位职责：
1、根据公司渠道建设目标有效拓展新的代理渠道，完成公司产品年度销售计划
2、做好所辖代理商业务的培训、指导与管理，确保公司各项营销政策得到有效贯彻落实，扩大产品在所辖区域的销售，完成销售量指标
3、定期走访所辖区域的代理商，与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求
及时解决代理渠道业务发展中存在的各类问题
4、负责代理商关系维护，提高客户满意度，保持优质客户的长期友好合作关系
5、动态把握市场价格，定期向公司提供市场反馈与分析等工作计划

任职要求：
1、市场营销类相关专业，大专以上学历
2、从事家具、家居饰品、工艺美术品5年以上销售工作经验
3、其中1年以上开发分销渠道和管理分销商的工作经验
4、较强的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力
