职位描述：
1、通过淘宝、阿里旺旺（千牛工作台）、电话沟通等平台与客户面对面沟通，解答客户遇到的售前、售后问题，并达成销售目标；
2、发展维护良好的客户关系，树立良好的品牌形象，一切以客户满意度为中心；
3、跟进客户订单及退货、老客户维护等相关事宜；
4、完成售后各项数据的统计与分析，及时上报领导；
5、配合运营按排的工作

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，电子商务及市场营销专业优考虑。
2、有一年以上淘宝从业经验，有电商推广，分销工作经验者优先考虑；
3、具有良好的沟通及应变能力，高度的责任心和进取心；
4、做事细心、有责任心，工作敬业，热忱细心，打字速度快；
5、适应能力强，能快速熟悉公司销售产品、价格；
6、有良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
